This is a special report for ISN, reporting Jim Wearden.

Jim : Thanks Sally, we are here in the city of Tuzenor on Minbar to witness the swearing in of the new Entil`Zha Anthony Kelly.

The history of this man is well known to the citizens of Earth as he served with distinction through the recent war with the Minbari.

This career started on June 6th 2242 when he was made the tactical officer of the EAS Folkstown. During his service he was instrumental in staving off many attacks by raiders and took part in the tense negotiations involving the Narn and the Drazi over the Tellermic sector.

This visible service lead to him being made captain of the EAS Gilead in 2244. This was to prove a wise choice by the military as the war against the Minbari was soon to occur. The Gilead was one of the first ships to encounter the Minbari Fleet in action. A quote attributed to him in the early stages of the war was:
"The Minbari have rituals for war, the way they set the forces, the way they attack targets and the way they leave the battlefield. We have a ritual as well. Arrive and Lose. It has to change!".

The war was to change thanks to John Sheridan's destruction of the Black Star. He was out of the sector when the Battle of the Line took place.

He was honoured by the president but mysteriously dropped out of sight in the year 2256. This brings us to the present. He was spotted by a reporter on the Drazi homeworld and a special investigation by Dan Randall found that he was involved in an organisation called the Rangers. They were soon to come to prominence after President Clark took his own life and the new Interstellar Alliance was formed. Many worlds, including Earth, have joined the Rangers and .. Sally we are going now to hear the address.

Ranger One : Thank you. I stand here before you, not as Ranger One, not as your commanding officer, not as your superior, but as your friend.

The Shadows and Vorlons may have left but we remain..

Sally : Thanks Jim, we'll be back soon after these.
